Memorial Wall ~ Sharing Your Story

Purchasing a Memorial Wall Page for the upcoming Hope & Hearts Run is a wonderful way to publicly commemorate your baby or that of a loved one. The laminated pages are placed at a beautiful Arbor Memorial Wall at the event's registration area on event day so your baby is shared with the many people that are there for our event. By purchasing these Memorial Wall Pages, it helps support Missing GRACE Foundation and the many services provided to bereaved families.



Each page is single sided and they must fit on one side of an 8.5 X 11 sheet of paper which will be laminated by Missing GRACE Foundation. You can personalize and design your page to include any text or pictures that you would like to have on the sheet. We encourage you to include the story of you baby, pictures of your baby, poems and songs you have written. Be creative! One way is to layout the page as a photo collage as you would for a photo album or a scrapbook page.

First fill out the form below and then simply email us with your own attached Microsoft Word document file or PDF file and your page will be laminated and posted at the event on Saturday, September 11th, 2010!

Option 2
Fill out the form below and use the text box within the form to write your message, poem, song or saying and Missing GRACE will place your text submission into a Word document and laminate the page and post at the event on Saturday, September 11th, 2010.

The Memorial Wall Pages will be up from 7am until shortly after the event at 11:45am, at which time you can stop by the Memorial Wall and take your laminated page home.

Online page orders must be placed by September 9th, 2010 for the Minnesota Hope & Hearts Run.

Memorial Wall Pages are $15.00 for one page. Buy two, and get your third page FREE for just $25.00.

The required information is held private by Missing GRACE Foundation. Pages can be made specifically in honor or in memory of a baby or child or to share a message hope. If you are ordering a page in remembrance of someone's baby other than your own and would like a letter to be sent to the parents, please fill out the form below with the name and full address of the bereaved parents. The names of the babies and children being honored will be printed in our Commemoration section of our quarterly GRACE newsletter.
