The 2013 Minnesota Hope & Hearts Run/Walk

Mail-in Registration Deadline: Must be postmarked August 28th, 2013
Please print complete one registration form per household and one waiver per person.
* 5K Timed Run (must be at least 13 years old on event day) $25.00
* Memorial Walk $25.00
* Kids' Fun Dash (for ages 12 and younger) $8.00

3.  REGISTER ONSITE THE DAY OF THE EVENT - Saturday, September 7th, 2013
Onsite registration is $30 for adults and $10 for children.

If you miss the deadline to register online, please register onsite the day of the event. Onsite registration opens at 7:00am and CLOSES at 8:45am.

Please print and complete one registration form per household and one waiver per person and bring along to the event to speed your registration process onsite.

T-shirts will be available on-site event day on a first come first serve basis in limited quantities beginning at 7:00am.

7:00am      T-shirt Stamping/Personalization, Refreshments and "Hope Rocks" Kids' Carnival
8:15am      Welcome
9:00am      5K Timed Run
9:15am      Memorial Walk
10:30am    Kids' Fun Dash
10:45am    Awards Ceremony for Runners and Top Fundraisers
11:00am    Commemoration: Baby names read aloud, unified reading of poem and Hearts to Heaven Balloon Release

*Be sure to bring your lawn chairs and blankets along when you check-in or register onsite. You can then proceed to reserve your spot in front of the Balloon Release area where the Commemoration Ceremony takes place at the close of the event.
*Announcements made every 15 minutes for event times and start locations

PERSONALIZE AND ORDER A PAGE FOR HOPE & HEARTS MEMORIAL WALL. You can create a personalized 8.5 x 11 page to have posted on the Hope & Hearts Memorial Wall and include pictures, poems, birthdates, and special sentiments in memory of a baby you wish to honor.
