Registration Options for the Minnesota Hope & Hearts Run/Walk

Our next annual event takes place on Saturday, September 8th, 2012 in Coon Rapids, MN

1.   REGISTER ONLINE
Online Registration will open in May 2012

2.  REGISTER BY MAIL
Please complete one form per household.
*Additionally, please complete one waiver per person.
Mail-in Registration Deadline: Must be postmarked August 29th, 2012

3.  REGISTER ONSITE THE DAY OF THE EVENT - Saturday, September 8th, 2012

Onsite registration is $30 for adults and $10 for children.

If you miss the deadline to register online, please register onsite the day of the event (7:00am to 8:50am).

Please print and complete one registration form per household and one waiver per person and bring along to the event to speed your registration process onsite, otherwise, forms will be available to fill out the day of the event at the Registration Station.

T-shirts will be available on-site event day on a first come first serve basis in limited quantities beginning at 7:00am.

The Minnesota Hope & Hearts Run/Walk will take place at the Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park.

Please note: There are two entrances to the Coon Rapids Dam, please be sure to go to the EAST side entrance, which has the Visitor Center and Enter the park at 9750 EGRET Boulevard off of Coon Rapids Boulevard. It is the ONLY entrance in Coon Rapids. West River Road in Brooklyn Park is the WRONG entrance!

Saturday, September 8th, 2012 Minnesota Event Day Schedule/Timeline:
7:00am      Onsite registration and pre-registered participant check-in
7:00am      T-shirt Stamping/Personalization, Refreshments and "Hope Rocks" Kids' Carnival
8:15am      Welcome
8:30am      Kids' Fun Dash
9:00am      5K Timed Run
9:15am      Memorial Walk
10:30am    Awards Ceremony for Runners and Top Fundraisers
11:30am    Commemoration: Baby names read aloud, unified reading of poem and Hearts to Heaven Balloon Release

*Be sure to bring your lawn chairs and blankets along when you check-in or register onsite. You can then proceed to reserve your spot in front of the Balloon Release area where the Commemoration Ceremony takes place at the close of the event.
*Announcements made every 15 minutes for event times and start locations


PERSONALIZE AND ORDER A PAGE FOR HOPE & HEARTS MEMORIAL WALL. You can create a personalized 8.5 x 11 page to have posted on the Hope & Hearts Memorial Wall and include pictures, poems, birthdates, and special sentiments in memory of a baby you wish to honor.

PURCHASE A STEPS FOR HOPE MEMORIAL SIGN for the upcoming Hope & Hearts Run and publicly commemorate your baby or that of a loved one. The signs are placed on the 5K courses on event day, so your baby is shared with the many people that are there not only for our event but those who are out on their own leisure.
